The Fine Print

Commission Refund to Buyers does not apply to properties currently listed with TRG Downtown Realty. We reserve the right to keep entire commission should our time and effort spent with buyer exceed reasonable time. Reasonable time defines as touring over 8 homes per week, and or writing more than 5 offers per month. We do not offer refund if payable commission to us by the seller is $5k or less excluding bonuses.

Typical buyer's agent commission is 3.255% on the first $100k and 1.1625% on the rest. Rates will vary among Realtors, as there is no standard commission.Refund is subject to a 13% deduction. Refund applicable to new clients only. You cannot use your refund as part of your down payment or to cover closing costs.
